Each of our items is made to order. Once your order has been placed please allow up to 3 weeks (maximum) for us to hand print and send out your items. We believe working this way reduces our carbon footprint and helps make our world a greener and safer place!
As each item is made especially for you we can only accept returns if an item is faulty. Please check our sizing chart before you order to make sure everything is super duper! If you need any help with this we are more than happy to help! Just drop us a message!
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail in the U.K. We offer the following options:
Standard Delivery: £3.95
Signed for Delivery: £4.50
Europe tracked: £10 (final price calculated according to order weight at check out)
Rest of the World: £16 (final price calculated according to order weight at check out)
International items are sent via Royal Mail in the U.K and then passed on to your country’s national postal service to complete the delivery.
Please make sure your address is written correctly. We cannot take responsibility for items that are returned to us due to incorrect labelling. We will happily send them back out to you but you will need to pay for postage again.
If we are sending to you internationally, please ensure the address is written in the correct format. Again; we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
If you do find a problem with your order please let us know within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in a sellable condition.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.
Please DO NOT return your item to us after 28 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you.
As a curious society is a small business, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the cost of return postage.
Please make yourself aware of any income taxes that you may be liable to pay before shipping. These will not be included in your shipping fee with us nor are they the responsibility of a curious society. International orders will be tracked and you will be sent a tracking number upon your item’s dispatch.
Please be aware that there are possible delays with customs processing within Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.A and these are not within our control. This may add additional time before delivery is successful.
